The hotel offers an excellent experience with beautiful pools and well-kept gardens. The breakfast was a standout, with plenty of options to choose from. Access to the beach and promenade made for enjoyable strolls, but the dining experience, especially at the pool bar, did not meet expectations.

Our experience at Pestana Promenade was mixed. Although the staff worked hard and the location provided easy access to Funchal, we were disappointed with the quality of the room and facilities. The mattress was uncomfortable, and the cleanliness of the pool area left much to be desired. Unfortunately, we left feeling that it wasn't a place we would return to.
