The hotel offers an excellent experience with beautiful pools and well-kept gardens. The breakfast was a standout, with plenty of options to choose from. Our experience at Pestana Promenade was mixed. Although the staff worked hard and the location provided easy access to Funchal, we were disappointed with the quality of the room and facilities. The mattress was uncomfortable, and the cleanliness of the pool area left much to be desired. Unfortunately, we left feeling that it wasn't a place we would return to.

The hotel offers a lovely outdoor pool area and is situated right along the promenade, making it easy to explore Funchal. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful, which really enhanced our stay. Additionally, while the room had a beautiful view, the lack of adequate sunlight and noise levels could be an issue for some guests.
