“The access to Funchal's promenade and the proximity to Praia Formosa beach are definite assets. I appreciate the hotel's commitment to sustainability, and the blend of themed buffets alongside à la carte dining options is noteworthy; however, I think some areas need extra attention. This could be a very solid choice with improvements to service.”

unpleasant odor no action
The breakfast was acceptable. There was a good choice of items available each morning.
The room smelled bad, and it was frustrating! I reported this multiple times, but nothing changed during my entire stay. The staff acknowledged the issue, yet no action was taken to fix the unpleasant odor, made relaxing difficult.

Excellent stay with great amenities!
freshly squeezed juice garden view clean towels
The breakfast included freshly squeezed orange juice. It was very refreshing. The hotel features an indoor swimming pool with a garden view. I found it quite relaxing. Clean, white towels were provided daily. This was very important to me.
